Autopilot for your job search.

FitWright finds jobs that match what you asked for, checks each one against your resume and tailors it to the job. It skips what doesn't fit and asks you when it isn't sure. Autopilot, autofill and auto-submit are in beta.

Where it looks

RemoteOK, Working Nomads, Jobicy, Himalayas, We Work Remotely and Adzuna from FitWright's servers, plus 8 more such as Glassdoor, Naukri and Foundit through the browser extension Beta. Every listing shows its source and when it was last seen. How search works

It asks before it guesses.

Five rules every run follows, so you can trust it while you're away.

  1. It checks every job against what you asked for.

One rulebook decides: apply, ask you, or skip. Every decision comes with its reason, in plain words.

  2. It tailors your resume without touching the facts.

It never changes your employers, job titles, dates or degrees. New skills come only from the job description, and in review mode you see the finished application before anything is sent.

  3. You apply. It prepares.

Your tailored resume and drafted answers are ready when you open the job. Autofill and opt-in auto-submit are in beta and not yet in the Chrome Web Store; review mode is the default.

  4. “Submitted” means proven.

A job counts as submitted only when the employer’s confirmation page or email shows up, or you confirm it yourself. Otherwise it is marked “outcome unknown”, and it is never retried on its own.

  5. You can stop it any time.

Pause takes effect right away for anything that has not started yet.

How the autopilot works

A score you can argue with.

See which requirements your resume covers and which it doesn't. The number is a starting point for your judgement, not a verdict.

Highlighted means found
The job's requirements that already appear in your resume.
Circled means missing
A gap to address honestly, or a sign the role isn't for you.
Three sub-scores
Keywords, skills and section completeness, each out of 100. ATS is the software employers use to screen resumes.

Locked, never rewritten

Reworded for the job. Checked by you.

Tailoring rewrites your bullets in the job's language. Your employers, titles, dates and degrees are locked, and new skills come only from the job description. On the Tailor page, nothing is saved until you accept the preview.

For the same job it can also prepare a cover letter and interview questions, drafted from your resume and the job.

How tailoring works

Checked, not just claimed.

Tested on jobs it had never seen
On 80 job posts it had never seen, its first decisions matched the expected answer 61 of 80 times (76%), and 5 of the 35 jobs it should have refused would have been auto-applied. That is why review mode is the default.

What is still beta
Autofill and auto-submit are tested on practice forms, not yet on employers’ live sites. The browser extension is not in the Chrome Web Store yet.

Start from a resume that already looks right.

26 templates and 12 written samples for nurses, analysts, engineers, marketers and more. Every preview is the real export.

Free to start. AI features use credits.

Questions people ask first.

If something is unclear, the contact page reaches a real inbox.

Will FitWright apply to jobs without asking me?

Not unless you turn that on. Review mode is the default: the browser extension (in beta) fills the form and stops, so you can check it and press Submit yourself. Automatic submission is also in beta: opt-in, off by default, limited to a daily number of applications, and it only sends jobs that passed every check. You can pause it at any time.

Which job sites does FitWright search?

From FitWright's servers: RemoteOK, Working Nomads, Jobicy, Himalayas, We Work Remotely and Adzuna. With the browser extension (in beta, not yet in the Chrome Web Store) it can also search ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Google Jobs, Naukri, Hirist, Foundit, YC Startups and Instahyre from your own signed-in browser. Every listing shows where it came from and when it was last seen.

Will it make things up on my resume?

It is built not to. Your employers, job titles, dates and degrees are locked, and on the Tailor page a tailored version is shown as a before-and-after preview that you save or discard. AI can still get things wrong, so read the preview before you save it.

How much does FitWright cost?

FitWright is free to start, with no card. Running a search within your daily limit, tracking and templates use no credits. AI features can use credits when hosted AI credits are switched on; the pricing page shows whether they are. Add your own AI provider key in Settings and FitWright charges no credits for your AI use.

Do you see my job-site passwords?

The browser extension works inside your own signed-in browser, and FitWright does not upload or store job-site login cookies. One exception, off by default: if the server-side Workday applier is switched on, FitWright creates a Workday account for you and stores its password encrypted.

Is FitWright only for tech jobs?

No. Matching, tailoring, templates and written samples work for healthcare, sales, finance, operations, education and more, with samples for roles such as registered nurse, financial analyst and marketing manager.

Is it FitWright or FitRight?

FitWright: "fit" plus "wright", an old word for a maker, as in shipwright. FitRight and Fit Wright are common misspellings of the same product, which is unrelated to any fitness brand.
